I am an everyday athlete and a working Mom. When I was training for labor, there was limited pregnancy-fitness information available, so I had to make up my own workout routine. Childbirth is an intense physical event that is worth training for. I have made the physical and mental transformation there and back twice and this site is about sharing the wisdom I earned along the way. Once you read what I have to share, decide what resonates with you and your body. And before you engage in workout routines, consult your healthcare provider.
